Booking Conditions

• Ensure all passenger names are correctly entered as per passport. Incorrect names may lead to booking cancellation and additional charges.
• If technical issues prevent ticket issuance after payment, contact customer service before making another booking. We are not liable for repeated bookings.
• Ayash reserves the right to reject or cancel bookings in case of incorrect pricing or technical errors.
• For any cancellation, service provider fees will be applied in addition to our cancellation charges.

Travel Documents & Visas

• Passengers must ensure their passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance are valid and up to date. Entry or transit requirements vary by country.
• Ayash is not responsible for obtaining visas or ensuring document compliance.
• Invalid or missing documents may lead to denied boarding, deportation, or detention — at the passenger’s sole responsibility and cost.

Last-Minute Bookings

• International bookings made within 4 hours of departure, and domestic within 3 hours, are considered last-minute.
• Boarding is subject to airline discretion; missed flights will incur full penalties.

Currency & Payments

• Currency converter (if available) is for reference only; actual charges may vary.
• Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or available installment/payment gateways.
• Incomplete or late payments may result in automatic cancellation without liability.

Complaints & Support

Complaints must be submitted by the affected customer via email, with booking number and evidence, to: info@3yash.com. Ayash reserves the right to reject baseless complaints or demand compensation for defamation.

Modifications

Ayash Travel & Tourism reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of updated terms.
